Filter the claim history in the mobile app

Mobile App

Search your Claim History on your mobile device to determine the status of a claim and review the Explanation of Benefits.

Search the Claim History

  1. Find your claim history under Recent Claims in the dashboard.
  2. Claim History will show all Patients, claim types, and claim statuses.
  3. Sort the claims by Patient or Benefit Type.
  4. Narrow down claims by status (approved or rejected), type, or period with Filter.
